Heather Green has more than 20 years experience in the seniors’ housing and care industries. She has served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Retirement Residences REIT (now Revera), Vice President of Marketing for Lifestyle Retirement Communities, Director of Marketing for the Dynacare Health Group and the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for Beacon Hill Lodges. In addition, through Greenhouse Marketing & Communications, she has completed a variety of projects for many operators in the industry and has a reputation for being extremely knowledgeable, creative and effective. She is well versed in both the retirement residence and long term care markets and has her APR accreditation through the Canadian Public Relations Association.
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick Boult has more than a decade of experience within the seniors' housing industry, beginning with Lifestyle Retirement Communities where he served as Marketing Manager in Victoria, BC, and subsequently held similar positions in Ontario. He then joined Provincial Long Term Care as Director of Operations, overseeing the marketing, sales and operations at several residences throughout the province. Moving on to the position of Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Revera (formerly Retirement Residences REIT), Patrick was instrumental in sales staff recruitment and training, along with the rebranding of the company. His unique combination of exceptional coaching and leadership skills, along with his strong technical and analytical expertise, has proven successful in achieving business objectives and results.
Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Sylvia Watts is a seasoned sales & marketing professional with vast experience in the seniors’ accommodation and care industries, including retirement living, long term care and home health. Most recently, she held the position of Director of National Marketing Programs with Revera Inc., where she was responsible for the development of lead-generating and lead-nurturing programs. In addition, Sylvia managed the successful Rapid Response referral call centre across Canada. Sylvia has a keen ability to focus on solutions and look for revenue growth opportunities and enjoys a stellar reputation for creating synergy with those around her and sharing her knowledge with others. Sylvia is a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging and a previous long-time member of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association’s Marketing Advisory Group.
Nicki Morris is a strategic business leader with 19 years of leadership experience in the health and seniors’ care sectors; including retirement living, home health and hospital environments. Nicki is a business consultant and certified coach with expertise in working with business leaders to help them optimize their leadership development and attain excellent business results. Prior to becoming a Consultant, Nicki was Director of Staffing Solutions with MedEmerg where she led a team of recruiters specializing in the recruitment of managers and health professionals and more recently, she was Vice President, Revera Home Health where she led a team of 5000 employees in 30 locations across Canada. As an Advisor to Greenhouse, Nicki provides her expertise related to success profile development and leadership and sales performance assessments to support the candidate selection process. She also offers advice related to recruitment, leadership development and coaching and she combines these to ensure that new hires, managers and teams are best prepared for successful onboarding, a high level of employee engagement and optimal team alignment. Nicki holds a Masters in Health Administration and an MBA in Executive Management and Leadership.
